What you get
None of this is a promise for later — the provider portal does all of it today.
A profile you control
Photos, description, services, amenities and contacts. Families see the home the way you want to show it, not as a row in a register.
Enquiries from families
An enquiry from your profile arrives by email and shows up in a simple board where you can see who you have already answered.
Vacancies and waiting list
How many places are free is the first thing families ask. Keep it current and you get enquiries from people you can actually take.
Reviews and replies
Family reviews in one place — including the right to reply in public.
See the demand
How many people opened the profile and how many wrote. Without that, demand is guesswork.
How it works
Find your care home
Search for it by name or town. The profile already exists — it comes from the register of social service providers.
Click to claim the profile
There is a short form on the profile. Your name, your role and a work email address — nothing more.
We verify you and unlock the portal
We check that you really belong to the home, then send you access to the provider portal.
Where our data comes from
From the register, not from estimates
The core details come from the public register of social service providers, topped up from your own website. We invent nothing: what we do not know simply is not on the profile.
If something on a profile is wrong, write to us — we will fix it whether or not you claim the profile.
A question before you decide?
Write to us. We reply within two working days, and nobody will call you — we do not even have a phone line.
