This is a careers page written the way things actually are — no talk of a dynamic team that does not exist yet.
Who we are
Nonnela is built by one person. The founder writes the code, pulls the register data, answers families and care homes, and does the bookkeeping. There are no departments, no offices and no HR.
The company behind it is registered in Slovakia — billing and legal details are in the terms of service. Work is remote, in Slovak and Czech.
Open roles
There are no open roles right now.
When that changes, roles appear here — and nowhere else. If you find a job ad in Nonnela's name somewhere else, it is not ours.

No advertised role does not mean there is nothing to talk about. A short email about what you can do and what you would want to do gets read, and answered.

- Feel free to link to something you have made.
- If there is nothing to offer, we will say so straight away rather than keep you hanging.
What working on this is like
The family is the customer
Families pay nothing and are sold nothing. Everything we build is measured by whether it made their decision easier.
Empty beats invented
A number we do not have does not appear on the page. No estimated prices, no filled-in ratings — trust can only be lost once.
Small and quick
No meetings about meetings. An idea from the morning can be live by the evening — and pulled just as fast if it does not work.
